About Me
My Journey
I’ve always been drawn to the mystery of being human.
As a young girl, I remember looking into the mirror and wondering, What am I? Why am I having this experience in this body, rather than another? There was a quiet knowing in me that life was somehow deeper and more mysterious than what could be seen on the surface.
As I grew older, the effects of early trauma began to shape my life. In my teens, I started using substances to cope, and what began as a way of managing difficult feelings eventually became a long relationship with addiction.
Eventually, something in me said, stop.
I began therapy with one simple question: Why do I use substances? That question opened the door to a much deeper journey of healing and self-discovery.
Along the way, I explored many different approaches before finding VortexHealing®. After receiving my first healing with VortexHealing®, I knew I had found something quite extraordinary. For me, it became a profound path of transformation — helping me meet and release layers of conditioning, trauma and patterns that had shaped how I experienced myself and the world.
As these layers began to fall away, something else became possible. I began to experience life with greater freedom, presence and clarity. Peace and joy became less something I was searching for and more something I could actually experience.
More recently, discovering Brainspotting has brought another dimension to this work. It has deepened my understanding of the body's experience and the ways our brains and nervous systems hold and process what we have lived through. I found that Brainspotting and VortexHealing® complement each other beautifully, bringing together different ways of supporting meaningful and lasting change.
